The famous painter Rembrandt, formally known as Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn was a Dutch painter and etcher. He is considered by many as one of the greatest painters and printmakers in European art and the most important in Dutch history. Rembrandt lived from 7/15/1606 to 10/4/1669.
